Postage

Pick-up available from postcode 3185, upon arrangement (email us at admin@ecocubs.com).

Flat rate regular postage is $9.95 and in Australia Post Satchels. These are trackable however if you require insurance or want to sign on delivery, or if you want it sent express this can be organised at extra cost by emailing us at admin@ecocubs.com.

Orders sent by regular post are sent with the knowledge that any items lost or damaged by Australia Post are not the responsibility of Ecocubs. In the event of loss or damage ecocubs are not obligated to provide a refund or replacement. However, we will do everything possible to help to try and locate the item.

Items in stock will be posted within 1-3 working days after payment has cleared. If an item is not in stock we will let you know as soon as possible and the item will be placed on backorder, you will be offered a credit or an alternative.

Australia Post can take anywhere between 1-10 days, depending on where you are located.

For those in countries outside of Australia, please contact Ecocubs for a quote.

Payment

We accept payments via direct deposit and PayPal. You can also use your credit card through PayPal without setting up an account.

Ecocubs also offer lay-by.

All payments must be cleared before items will be posted.

Returns

If a product is faulty, please let us know immediately before washing or use. We cannot exchange a product if it has been washed or worn. Unless it is an error of ecocubs, you are responsible for all postage costs.

Before ANY returns or exchanges, please contact ecocubs first to avoid confusion.

Warranties

All goods stocked by ecocubs are covered by the manufacturer’s warranties.

As each company has separate guidelines and time-frames, please contact us to find out and we will help organise repair or replacement for you.

Privacy

Here at ecocubs, your privacy is important to us. Personal information required will be kept to a minimum and we will treat your information as private and confidential.

Your personal information will not be disclosed, exchanged or sold to third parties and will only be used to process orders.

Contact details will only be retained should you wish to be kept up to date with news, special offers or competitions.

Disclaimer

Ecocubs is a small work-at-home-mum owned business, and as such operates around family life and commitments. Please understand that there may be rare times when family commitments and unexpected incidents may cause a small delay in shipping and communication. We will do our best to notify if this is the case.

We strive to ensure customers maintain confidence and trust in ecocubs and pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service.

We reserve the right to:

-Cancel an order in which case we will notify you by email or phone number provided and refund all money paid using the same method in which it was received.

-Ensure all order and credit card details are correct.

-State that all orders are subject to stock availability.

-As we are stocking products from outsourced manufacturers and suppliers/companies, all information on our products is provided by them. We like to try and ensure all products we stock are safe to use, and it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure products purchased are suitable.

-Ecocubs bear no liability due to inaccuracy, loss or damage caused my information given.

Sale/Clearance Items

-No further discounts apply on sale items, unless otherwise stated. If a discount code is used on a sale item and we have deemed no further discounts are available, the customer will be invoiced for the difference.

Lay by

Please contact ecocubs to arrange a lay by. We offer lay by terms over 12 weeks (can be negotiated). A 20% deposit is required when the order is placed, if this is not received within 2 days we will assume the order is cancelled.

Payments are required fortnightly or less. Ecocubs will give you a lay by number which will be used as a reference number when making payments.

Cancellations will incur the 20% deposit as a fee.
